Well, this summer, 2006, I've been to Moscow, which is lovelier than ever, and also spent a week in Uzbekistan, visiting ancient cities of Bukhara and Samarkand, as well as Navoi - that small remnant of the soviet era in the middle of a desert that my grandparents live in. So some new, and hopefully interesting, photos yet to come
